I’ve seen the impact of coaching first-hand. With the right support, people progress faster, step into their roles with confidence, and organisations benefit from their skills and energy much sooner. That’s what drives me: helping individuals and teams unlock potential that might otherwise take years to emerge.

My own career background is in aerospace and defence - a demanding and highly male-dominated industry. Reaching a senior position there gave me an insider’s view of the challenges people face at every level, from apprentices through to executives. Later, when I experienced coaching for myself, I realised just how much difference it could have made earlier, and how much more quickly I could have contributed at a higher level. That experience is what fuels my work today.

Now, as an EMCC-accredited coach, I combine rigorous professional standards with lived experience across industries. Whether I’m working with senior leaders, newly promoted managers, or future leaders at the start of their journey, my focus is the same: helping people access their strengths, overcome barriers, and lead with confidence.
